Warm-up:
Run 400 meters, Dynamic Stretches, then:

WOD:
20 Min 3 Partner AMRAP of:
30 Wall Ball, #20/14
4 Rope Climbs, 15′
30 Box Jump, 20”
(This is a 3 Partner WOD – Partner 1 & 2 will perform the work listed above. Partner #3 will run 400m with a bumper plate (45/25). Once Partner #3 returns from the run, Partner #1 will grab the bumper plate and begin their 400m, while Partner #2 & 3 continues work. Once Partner #1 returns, Partner #2 will grab the plate and begin their 400m, while Partner #1 & 3 continues work, etc.)
