Attention all CrossFit PFB members. CrossFit Cimmeria has extended an invitation to all CrossFit PFB members to attend their Grand Reopening on Saturday March 1st. Everything is getting started at 9:00am. Show up ready to throw-down a WOD and do some short competitions for some local cow gift certificates. That said, we will not be open at CrossFit PFB that Saturday as Lyndi and I will both be down at CrossFit Cimmeria. So, If you don’t mind a little bit more a a drive, please stop in and support Crossfit Cimmeria and get in on a FREE WOD.
