Three rounds for time of:
6 Rope Climbs, 15′
75 Burpees
Run 400 meters
(Only one partner may climb the rope at a time. Partners doing burpees count cumulative reps. Partners continue until all rope climbs and burpees are completed. Partners do not have to complete 400 meter run together; however, the next round cannot begin until all partners have returned from the run.)
