Tanner says the goal should be for everyone to get to the rower and get some meters. Athletes should scale the weight appropriately so they have around 2 to 3 minutes on the rower. Tanner said the rep scheme/weight should be either unbroken or one break. Athletes should hit the rower tired but with enough in the tank to push hard for a short period of time.
