We ask all members to please login and reserve your spot for the classes that you want to attend. CrossFit class sizes are currently limited to 18 people per class so we can provide you with the best coaching and attention possible!

Mon-Wed-Fri: 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 10:30am, 12:30pm, 4:45pm, 5:45pm, 6:45pm
Tue-Thu: 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 12:30pm, 4:45pm, 5:45pm
*Fundamentals Class Times:
Mon-Wed-Fri: 11:30am, 4:45pm, 5:45pm, 6:45pm
*Must sign up for class. No unscheduled Drop-ins
