We ask all members to please login and reserve your spot for the classes that you want to attend. CrossFit class sizes are currently limited to 18 people per class so we can provide you with the best coaching and attention possible!
CrossFit Class Times:
Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri: 6am, 7am, 9:30am, 4:45pm, 5:45pm, 6:45pm
Thu: 6am, 9:30am, 4:45pm, 5:45pm
Sat: 8:30am Weightlifting Clinic, 9:15am WOD
Fundamentals Classes are scheduled according to student needs and coach availability. We typically get new folks in within a week or two.
Athletes must sign up for class. No unscheduled Drop-ins

*Drop-ins are for experienced CrossFitters only. Drop-ins must have an active membership visiting from another CrossFit gym or be a current actively attending member of CrossFit PFB.
Open Gym & Olympic Weightlifting hours:
Mon-Wed, Fri: 6am – 10:30am, 4:45pm – 7:45pm
Thur: 6am – 10:30am, 4:45pm – 6:45pm
Sat: 8am – 10am
Open Gym and Olympic Weightlifting are for experienced weightlifters and CrosFitters only. CrossFitters wishing to Weightlift must seek approval from head coach prior to signing up for platform time.
