PFB was founded by our friends Ben and Lyndi Boyce in 2012. In mid-2019 longtime members and coaches Jayne and Laree Wolfe purchased the business to carry it forward in Sandy, as Ben and Lyndi moved out of state for new opportunities.
The “WolfePack” are mum Jayne, and pups Laree, Sean, and Danica—with James, a coach at CrossFit Oregon City, also pitching-in. We’re a family that trains together, competes together, enjoys training others together, and are passionate about our CrossFit community—one that’s grown into a whole new family we can’t imagine living without.
Better yet, stop by the box to say hi, or come join us to see in person what we do best. In addition to CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting, nutrition and mobility coaching are essential to our work—as are the occasional end-of-week potlucks, fundraisers for friends, and other fun shenanigans with neighboring CrossFit boxes.
For you busy parents, we are kid friendly and you are more than welcome to bring your little ones with you when you come to workout. We have a designated “kid zone” in our open-layout gym, on the opposite side of the floor from where workouts happen; and the kids are just as much a part of our family, as the parents.
