For my ladies:

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 18 minutes of:
15 Box jumps, 24″ box
115 pound Push press, 12 reps
9 Toes-to-bar

Lyndi will be doing this WOD as well today, since due to Ben’s surgery, she did not workout on Thursday!  3-2-1 GO!!

Blythe (13.5″ Box jumps, #45 push press)  4 Rounds + 5 Box Jumps
