Do as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
2 x Muscle ups
4 x Handstand Push ups
8 x Kettlebell Swings

All modified Muscle ups with 6 Jumping pull ups and 6 box dips,
box handstand push ups.

Tiffany  9 rounds + 6 Jumping pull ups (#15 KB)
Blythe 11 rounds + 4 Handstand push ups (#18 KB)
